• Prepares the Secretariat program/agenda at the beginning of the session
• Collects membership fees and donations.
• Supervises and manages the Organization's expenditure following approval from the Executive Committee.

Afraa Sanad: Financial Secretariat 2003-2004

Afraa holds a Masters degree in Computer Information System from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Export from the school of Business, Sudan University , Sudan. She is currently working on a second Masters in Public Administration from Strayer University.

Weam Ali: Financial Secretariat 2003-2004

Weam holds an Masters in Applied Sociology, (May, 2004) and a B.A in Health Administration and Policy both from University of Maryland, Baltimore County
